I had seen an offer come up online and decided to jump at the chance to visit a spa whilst on a short trip to Edinburgh. I've never visited a Bannatyne Spa and can sometimes be cautious about the service in larger chains. However, I was totally wrong to doubt it. The service was fantastic from the moment we stepped in the door and were greeted by the girl on reception. Once we went down to the actual spa we spent some time in the relaxation room before going for a treatment in the double room. The girls, Lyndsey and Megan, were fantastic! They were so friendly and at ease as well as being great at their job. We had a brilliant massage and facial and felt so relaxed afterwards.
